Mi’ ADORE SKYY
1 1/4 oz Skyy Melon
3/4 oz Mindori
1/2 oz Apple Juice
1/2 oz Finest Call Bar Sryup
4 small chunks of pineapple
2 Dashes of Cinnamon
1 oz of Heavy cream
Method: Muddle 1/2 oz apple juice, 1/2 oz Finest Call Bar Sryup, 4 chunks of pineapple and two dashes of cinnamon in shaker. Add Ice, 1 1/4 oz Skyy Melon, 3/4 oz Mindori and Heavy cream. Shake and strain into chilled martini glass leaving 1 inch from the rim (Would have been one of my Blue Blazer recipes).
Garnish: Speared pineapple wedge if desired.
2 oz Grand Marnier
1/4 oz Bacardi 151
1/2 oz Finest Call Grenadine
Fresh Apple Wedge coated with Cinnamon
Method: Pour 2 oz Grand Marnier and 1/4 oz of Bacardi 151 into a heated snifter glass. Ignite the liquid carefully. Slowly drop in the fresh apple wedge coated with cinnamon. Take in the aroma. Pour 1/2 oz Finest Call Grenadine. Blow out flame, sit back, relax… sip and Enjoy!
Garnish: Fresh Apple Wedge coated with Cinnamon.
1 1/4 oz Bacardi Gold
1/2 oz Honey
Fresh Mint
Fresh Cucumber Slices
Shredded Carrots
Club Soda
Method: First muddle 1/2oz Honey, Fresh Mint, Cucumber Slices and Shredded Carrots in bottom of glass. Add ice and 1 1/4oz Bacardi Gold. Fill with Club Soda and use a bar spoon to stir all the ingredients and flavors around.
Garnish: Cucumber Slice.
