MANGO MAGIC: Marco Estrada, Brownsville, TX
1 ½ oz Aviation Gin


¾ oz Giffard Ginger of the Indies

½ oz Finest Call Single Pressed Lime Juice


½ oz Mango Reàl

¼ oz Mango Juice

Top with Sprite

Procedure: In a mixing tin with ice, combine all ingredients except Sprite and shake with ice. Top with Sprite and & strain into tall glass.

Garnish: Candied ginger & pineapple leaves.

 

 

 

 

RUMBLE ON: Adrian Reyes, Orlando, FL
2 oz Plantation Pineapple Rum

½ oz Peach Reàl

¾ oz Finest Call Single Pressed Lime Juice

¾ oz Pineapple Juice

Procedure: In a mixing tin with ice, combine all ingredients and shake & strain into a large rocks glass with ice.

Garnish: Pineapple leaves.

 

 

 

 

 

PASSION ON 395: Semaj Lynch, Washington, DC
2 oz Plantation 3 Star Rum

1 oz Plantation Pineapple Rum

1 oz Finest Call Single Pressed Lemon Juice

1 ½ oz Passion Fruit Reàl

Procedure: In a mixing tin with ice, combine all ingredients and shake & strain into a Tiki glass.

Garnish: Fresh mint leaves, Orange and Red Bell Pepper.
