“It Takes Two To Mango” – Erin Connelly

1 1/2 oz. Mango Rum
1/2 oz. Premium Triple Sec
1 Fresh Mango
Soda Water & Sprite

Muddle 1/4 fresh mango with liquor and strain into glass. Fill with ice and top up with soda water and a splash of Sprite. Garnish with fresh mango.

This drink was created as a light and refreshing Highball for those hot summer days.

Try making it in big batches for parties. Yum!

How to cut a mango
into slices…

1. With a sharp, thin-bladed knife, cut off both ends of the fruit.
2. Place fruit on flat end and cut away peel from top to bottom along curvature of the fruit.
3. Cut fruit into slices by carving lengthwise along the pit.
