BIO: Chase Moore
With over 27 years’ experience Chase Moore has honed her skills as a luxury spirits and wine specialist. Spending her early years extensively traveling around the world ignited a passion for this age-old industry. A career within the industry that spans a wide range of skills from buying for a multimillion-dollar resort, owning her own distributorship and having the opportunity to represent some of the best brand names in the industry. Chase holds 3 degrees from Villanova University specializing in international business and holds a WSET2 Certification.
Spending her lifetime perfecting her passion, two years ago she took a position working for a groundbreaking and innovative gin producer, Conniption Gin. She now runs the state of Florida from the tropical Key West to the beautiful beaches in the Panhandle. This helped to fulfill a dream to work with fellow hard-working women like herself. Under these creative minds it allows her to reignite old passions and introduce a new generation to a love of modern-day gin throughout the country.
BIO: Isaac Scott Grillo
Growing up in Colorado, Grillo and his family shared a love for food and traveling, which sparked his interest in the hospitality industry. After high school graduation, he moved to Hawaii to attend Chaminade University, where he kept himself busy by working casual serving and bartending jobs. Hungry for more, Grillo furthered his education by taking culinary courses. Following his coursework, the budding mixologist put his knowledge to the test by experimenting with food and molecular mixology behind the bar at a number of high-profile restaurants and hotels around the country.
Today, Grillo is a celebrated professional in the spirits industry who has earned the respect of his peers, co-founding with his wife April, both Repour bar, Miami and Death or Glory bar in Delray Beach. His passion for craft spirits and enthusiasm for locally sourced ingredients are the source of his creative approach to mixology. He has also honed his talents as a captivating presenter, both on and off camera.
