GREY GOOSE TIRAMISU

1oz Grey Goose Vodka
1/2oz Peach Schnapps
1/4oz Marie Brizard
1/4oz Coffee liquor
1 1/2oz liquid cream
Method: In a mixing tin combine 1oz Grey Goose Vodka, 1/2oz Peach Schnapps, 1/4oz Marie Brizard and 1/4oz Coffee liquor with ice. Shake and strain to serve straight up in a chilled martini glass. Whip 1 1/2oz liquid cream and pour on top. Place a stencil above drink and shake gently chocolate powder over it. Remove the stencil.
Garnish: Chocolate powered goose cutouts.

 

2GREY GOOSE POMME CANNELLE

1oz Grey Goose Vodka
1/4oz of Monin Canelle (cinnamon)
1/2oz Apple juice
2 spoons of Apple puree
Method: In a mixing tin combine 1oz Grey Goose Vodka, 1/4oz of Monin Canelle (cinnamon), 1/2oz Apple juice and 2 spoons of Apple puree with ice. Shake and strain to serve straight up in a chilled martini glass.
Garnish: Red apple umbrella.

 

 

 

 

 

 

3GREY GOOSE SOLEIL LEVANT

1oz Grey Goose Vodka
1/4oz Lychee liquor
1/2oz Cranberry juice
1/4oz Cherry blossom syrup
Method: In a mixing tin combine 1oz Grey Goose Vodka, 1/4oz Lychee liquor, 1/2oz Cranberry juice
and 1/4oz Cherry blossom syrup with ice. Shake and strain to serve straight up in a chilled martini glass.
Garnish: Red apple umbrella.
