1.5 oz Plymouth gin
0.5 oz Leroux Peach Schnapps
1 oz Fresh Sour mix
5 Raspberries
1 Squirt of (pasteurized) egg white or Frothee

Method: shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Add a splash of Champagne for the fizz…

Garnish: lemon twist

1 oz Starbucks™ Coffee Liqueur
1  oz Bulleit Bourbon
1 oz Fresh heavy Cream
1 Squirt Pistachio Cream by Amoretti

Method: shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish: Ground salted pistachios on the rim and goose berry.

1.5 oz Level Vodka
0.5 oz Toschi Lemoncello
0.25 Disaronno Amaretto
1 oz Fresh Sour Mix
(squirt of Frothee or pasteurized egg white for the nice foamy head)

Method: shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish: cinnamon sugar and lemon twist.
