Dave_LukeIt seems like every time we get together whether it be at a Flair bartending competition, special event, wedding anything… it seems like no time has passed and we all seem to get along like one big family.

We seem to help one another out like a family would as well. Whether it be from business opportunities, advice, teaching one another a Flair move or anything else. We all have each other’s back in a sense. Look at Team Tampa last year and the boys and girls of Biloxi and how the Hurricanes affected their lives and how “WE” as a group all stepped up with out question and did what we could to lend a helping hand.

That’s family… and or family is growing in numbers everyday. Not just from new members but from our children as well and I am proud to be part of this incredibly diverse loving group all united by Flair…

Ryan_LilianaSpeaking of family, we have a new addition to our family here at Flairbar.com… We welcome Kevin Bednarz to our ranks as our official Flairbar.com Illustrator. Kevin will bring us our newest addition “Flairmation” which we bring back “Last Call Larry” the first ever Flair based comic strip. You can check out his continuing adventures each month on our “Flairmation” page. Welcome to the team…

Next we move on to Danny Rossi. This month he teaches us a difficult three bottle sequence that with some practice you to can master to. Check it out on our ‘Masterclass’ page. Stephanie from Club Safari says Hello… to the pretty face of Flair.

Rob_JayceNext we say hello to one of our family members from over seas and move on to our August Flairbar.com cover star Tug Van Den Bergh. He has been competing for years and helps organize the Roadhouse competition one of Europe’s biggest Flair bartending competitions and also is the FBA Director of operations for Europe. Pour yourself a pint and check it out on our ‘Interviews’ page. Go Common Arsenal!

From Europe to the Netherlands, we move on to a constant contributor to Flairbar.comPhilip Duff. This time he talks to us about “Life after Bartending”, something that we have all wondered at least once about. You can read this insightful article on our ‘Articles’ page. If only I knew then what I know now… wait I sound like my Dad…? Damn he was right then to!

JoeyTAlso, the Vice President of the USBG (United States Bartenders Guild) Nevada Chapter, Bobby G., is ‘In The Mix’ again as he shares with us some “Summer Cocktails” and challenges us to be more creative with some unique ingredients. I still miss those “Cucumber Mojitos” from I-Bar. Yum!

For the rest of you mixologists out there… Don’t forget to check out our new content collector called ‘Cocktails’. This is where you can share your own Skyy vodka and Finest Call cocktail recipes with the rest of the world and get credit for it. Have a great drink you invented? Want to share it with the rest of the world? Think it is worthy? Prove it!

Then we go to someone who is not afraid to voice their opinions… Toby Ellis talks to us about reality television and an ambush of sorts… You can read it all on ‘Cut Off’ by Toby Ellis. Make up… Please!

Dr_delpechFrom reality television in Las Vegas to a recent major Flair competition in Las Vegas… Nations. This month’s ‘Comp Reviews’ brought to you by our roving reporter Terri Leeseberg. The return of Flair bartending competitions back at Club Rio!
Next we pay homage to some of our sponsors and invite you to enjoy our Illusions of Grandeur on our ‘And Finally’ page. You are getting sleepy.. very sleepy…

Baby_DelpechWe continue our ‘Reader Contest’ this month plus our regular features, more ‘Barware’, more pages, and more Flair than you can shake a family photo album at.
