FC_BabeTime to give thanks and time to come together for a great meal with good company. As we look back over the last year hopefully we have something to be thankful for… for those of us luckily enough we might have a couple of things to be thankful for. Either way find something and appreciate it and reflect back on the impact it has had on you.

Then you are ready to dig in and have some great food and drinks with friends and family… Amen to that.

Speaking of great food (alright decent food) and drinks with friends and family, every year in October in Orlando we gather together for one of the biggest and funniest Flair bartending competitions of the year… Quest. With tons of new competitors mixed with veterans the commentary is high along with the amount of shots of SKYY Vodka. Find out all of the details on our ‘Comp Reviews’ page. This years specialty rounds were all very entertaining!

Speaking of entertaining, we Behnam Gerami who placed 9th overall at Quest this year in the Pro division. He is always very entertaining in his specialty rounds with this year being no exception. His originality is along with his determination is strong. You can read all about in “You talking to me?” on our ‘Interviews’ page. Oh ohh its handicap man!

Quest_VIPOnce you learned more about Behnam then you will be ready to learn a new concept and a new move to add to your ever growing Flair arsenal all on our ‘Masterclass’ page. He is talking to me… I knew it!

If you are still wanting to learn more then we have Pedro Morales sounding off on Rodrigo Delpech’s “Flair on Fire” training DVD. I always love Pedro’s in depth and colorful reviews all on our ‘Reviews’ page. “I loved the exchange he did behind his back with a bump thrown in too establish Alpha-Male dominance lol!”- classic Pedro!

Then we move from Flair training DVD’s to the official “Flairbar.com Flair Bartender Wristbands”! The newest edition to Flair apparel. We have fun with it “Where’s Waldo style” this month on our ‘And Finally’ page. Can you find them all?

Heather_MednickFrom one find to the next, we have Laurent Greco from Bar Academy Paris and he brings us some “Tropical Treats” this month on our ‘Flavors’ page that will be sure warm things up where ever you are.

For all of you other mixologists out there… Don’t forget to look back over the last year of our content collector called ‘Cocktails’. This is where you can share your own SKYY Vodka and Finest Call cocktail recipes with the rest of the world and get credit for it. Have a great drink you invented? Want to share it with the rest of the world? Think it is worthy? Prove it!

Bottles_recycleThen from Mixology Bars to Flair bars. This month we continue our Flairbar.com article with “What makes a Flairbar work Part 2?”. An ongoing must read for anyone thinking of working in a Flair bar or opening their own Flair bar one day. We have had great feedback so far and look forward to more. Check it out on our ‘Articles’ page. What are your thoughts?

Kevin Bednarz is back again with our newest addition, “Flairmation” which we revisit “Last Call Larry” and a Thanksgiving themed coloring contest for you and the family. All on our “Flairmation” page. Larry is so talented.

RooiesWe are pleased to announce that the “Glossary” is back! It took some work but we blew off the dust and changed the batteries and it is up and running at full power. Be sure to keep an eye on it as we will continue to keep adding to this on going database of Flair bartending knowledge.
We are in our final month for our ‘Reader Contest’ based all on Mixology for all of our loyal Flairbar.com readers. So enter now or regret it tommorow… plus our regular features, more ‘Barware’, more pages, and more Flair than you can shake a “Rooie’s Rooie” at.
