splash sweet and sour
3 lime wedges, muddled
dash funkin raspberry puree

Shake and Strain
Chilled Martini Glass
Lemon twist

2Kiwi Mojito
1 oz. cruzan Pineapple
1 oz. Shakka Kiwi
.5 oz. rock candy
5 mint leaves
3 lime wedges
Fill with soda water

Muddle mint and lime
build
Fill with ice
Stir with spoon
Collins
Lime wheel

3Double Espresso Martini
2 oz. Van Gogh Doulble Espresso Vodka
.5 oz. baileys
.5 oz. creme de cocoa
splash half and half

Shake and strain
Chilled martini Glass
Graham cracker rim
