BERRY INTERESTING

1 oz Skyy Berry
1 oz Miller’s Gin
1/2 oz Marie Brizard Creme de Mure
3 oz Mixed Berries Juice (Ceres or Looza brands)
1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Optional: add 5 drops of orange flower water

Method: Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a highball filled with ice.

Garnish: Fresh berries and lemon twist.

2Snowball

3/4 oz Absolut Vanilia
3/4 oz Marie Brizard White Creme de Cocoa
3/4 oz Cointreau
1 oz Whipping Cream (liquid)

Method: Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish: Orange twist and sprinkle of nutmeg.

1 1/2 oz Montecristo Light Rum
3/4 oz Mandarine Napoleon Liqueur
2 tangerine wedges squeezed and dropped in the shaker
1 lemon wedge squeezed and dropped in the shaker
2 thin slices of ginger (suggested to cut with a mandolin slicer)

Method: Place the citrus wedges and ginger in a shaker tin, muddle briskly, add ice and liquors. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish: Tangerine slice and mint sprig.
