2 oz Funkin White Peach Puree
3 oz Prosecco (Extra Dry, Italian sparkling wine)
1/8 oz Funkin Raspberry Puree
Method: flash blend (without ice) the raspberry and white peach puree with 1 oz of lemon juice.
In a mixing glass, Add 1 scoop of ice, 2 oz of Bellini Mix and 3 oz of Prosecco, stir and strain into a chilled champagne glass.
2 oz Navan Vanilla Liqueur
3 oz Citrus Spice tea
1 oz Fresh Sweet and Sour
Float of Malibu Pineapple
Method: build the drink over ice in a cobbler glass with layers of fresh fruit (I recommend pineapple for sure) and serve with straws.
Garnish: fresh mint and fruit with a sprinkle of nutmeg.
Note: this is not the every day drink due to time consuming (about 2 min) , but it has a great taste and visual effect!
2 oz Pimm’s Cup #1
Fill up with ginger ale (in some countries Schweppes Lemon is mixed with ginger ale)
Method: fill up a highball glass with ice. Add the Pimm’s #1 (gin-based liqueur), fresh cucumber wedge or slices (with peel).
Fill up with ginger ale.
Garnish: Fresh fruit and sprig of mint.
