GREYGOOSE AND THE GOLDEN TRIANGLE

1 1/4oz Greygoose
2 oz Brut Champagne
Apple Triangle
Method: In a Margarita glass combine 1 1/4oz Greygoose and 2 oz Brut Champagne.
Garnish: An Apple Triangle dip into gold flakes.

2MANDARINEIN A POOL

1oz NAPOLEON liquor
3 oz CHARLESHEIDSIECK Champagne
Fresh Fruit slices
Method: In a tall Cabernet glass with ice combine 1oz NAPOLEON liquor and 3 oz CHARLESHEIDSIECK Champagne.
Garnish: Fresh fruit slices dipped into the drink.

 

 

 

 

3CHAMPAGNECOCKTAIL A LA GRECO

1/2 oz COURVOISIER XO
1 1/2oz MOET ET CHANDON BRUT
A sugar cube
ANGOSTURA BITTERS
Orange peel
Method: In a Champagne glass pour 1/2 oz COURVOISIER XO. Then place into the glass a nice orange peel cut into a lighting bolt shape. Next place an Absinthe spoon with a sugar cube, then add ANGOSTURA BITTERS on top of the sugar. Finally pour MOET ET CHANDON BRUT on top of the sugar and enjoy!
Garnish: Orange peel cut into a lighting bolt shape.
