PERU’S PISCO PASSION – Three Classics Revisited

Lanne’s Frisco Punch

3 oz Pisco
1 oz Fresh lime juice
3 oz Water
2 oz Pineapple juice
1.5 oz Simple syrup
4 – 5 Ice cubes

Method: Stir ingredients then serve in a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish: Pineapple chunks inside the glass.

Pisco_SourPisco Sour

3 oz Pisco
1 oz Fresh lime juice
1 oz Simple syrup
1 oz Pasteurized egg whites

Method: shake all ingredients with four to six ice cubes until ice is dissolved and serve in an old fashioned glass.and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish: A dash of bitters.

 

 

 

Pisco_PunchPisco Punch

4 oz Pisco
0.5 oz Orange juice
0.5 oz Pineapple juice
1.25 oz Passion fruit juice
1.25 oz Fresh lime juice
1.25 oz Simple syrup
4 oz Water
1 oz Pasteurized egg whites

Method: shake all ingredients with six to eight ice cubes until ice is dissolved and serve in an old fashioned glass.and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish: A dash of bitters
