WE’RE BACK! Did you miss us…?

It’s been awhile and we apologize for the wait… but hopefully with the surprises we have coming in the near future it will all be worth it?

Starting off with we are trying to do a few less issues this year to make room for new opportunities and features… the first being with our brand new ‘Cut Off’ page formally written by Tobin Ellis of Barmagic.com. Tobin always had an edgy and informative style to his writing… we thought long and hard who could fill those shoes… and the result is… YOU! That’s right, we are turning over our popular ‘Cut Off’ page to you our loyal readers to give you a chance to sound off, share, inspire and motivate each other to greatness. So check out “Drinkdub” under our ‘Cut Off’ page and keep the conversation going…

From Mixology to Flair… next we have the Legends XII Advanced division 2nd place overall winner and the FBA 2010 Advanced Tour overall champion Santiago Gomez. Watch as he shows us a cool two tin and bottle sequence he showcased at Legends XII all on our ‘Masterclass’ page. Good stuff brother.

Next we move on to an up and coming name in the Flair world… Ezequiel Abergo. Ezequiel was the overall Advanced division winner at Legends XII and 3rd overall in the FBA Advanced Tour, find out how he got into Flair, his inspiration and more all on our ‘Interviews’ page. Team Uruguay in the house!

Speaking about Legends of Bartending, check out our ‘And Finally’ page where we visit Legends XII to the present. We explore some challenges and opportunities. We can all play a part in our shared passion.

From one event to another, next we move on to “Summer Flair 5″ and “Mixology Matters!” 2010… an event that brings Flair bartenders and Mixologists all under one roof to share cocktails and exchange ideas. You can read the full story and review by Ryan Sturring on our ‘Comp Reviews’ page. I’m still going through all the photos! Lol.

Moving on to possibly the biggest Mixology event in the United States and one of my favorite every year.. Tales of the Cocktail. Check out our full review entitled “A Cocktail Enthusiast’s Dreams!” all on our ‘Articles’ page. So much learning and equally as much partying… we are worked our asses off in both aspects!

From Mixology to more Mixology… next we head over to the boys from Bar Lab Elad Zvi and Gabe Orta as they share with us their “Pisco Palates” on our ‘Flavors’ page. Try them behind your bar.

For all of you other mixologists out there… Don’t forget to contribute to our content collector called ‘Cocktails’. This is where you can share your own Absolut Vodka and Finest Call cocktail recipes with the rest of the world and get credit for it. Have a great drink you invented?
