1oz Bacardi Razz
1/4oz Monin Starwberry Syrup
2 Fresh Strawberries
1/4oz of fresh lemon juice
Method: In a tin with ice combine 1oz Bacardi Razz, 1/4oz Monin Starwberry Syrup, 2 fresh strawberries and 1/4oz of fresh lemon juice. Shake and strain into a ARCOROC KYOTO glass which as been garnished with an orange slice to close the glass.
Garnish: A fresh apple ball on the rim of the glass.


1oz Bacardi 8
1/4oz Blue Curacao
1oz of Coconut Milk
2oz of Pineapple juice
1/2oz  of liquid cream
1 dash of orange blossom extract
Method: In a blender with ice combine 1oz Bacardi 8, 1oz of Coconut Milk, 2oz of Pineapple juice, 1/2oz  of liquid cream and 1 dash of orange blossom extract. Blend until smooth and pour into a glass where you have first pour 1/4oz of Blue Curaçao in the bottom of the glass.
Garnish: An umbrella made with apple slices.






1oz Patron Tequila
3/4oz Midori
1/2oz fresh lime juice
crushed ice
Method: In a tin with ice combine 1oz Patron Tequila, 3/4oz Midori and 1/2oz fresh lime juice. Shake and strain into a rock glass filled with crushed ice.
Garnish: Fresh lime wheel on rim.
