FRENCH OYSTER SHOT
1 1/4 oz Skyy Vodka
1/4 oz of a home made shallot syrup
1 one oyster
1 dash of Chardonnay vinegar

1 1/4 oz Skyy Vanilla Vodka
3/4 oz of Blackberry liqueur (liquer de mure)
1/4 oz of Monin Lavender syrup
Method: Combine all ingredients into a shaker tin with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish: An eatable orchidée.

3/4 oz of fraise des bois dolfi liqueur
3/4 oz of Cranberry juice
1 dash of Lemon juice
Method: Combine all ingredients into a shaker tin with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass.
