Utlizing ‘AI’ Artificial Intelligence Software in the Hospitality Industry
Have you ever wanted more time and more help in your...
Through Flair Bartending I have achieved many things. My girlfriend, business partners, opportunities, items, friendships, experiences that I am truly thankful for. As well as many of you have yourselves. I look at the Flair community as one big happy family. Most of the time we only get to see each other at different competitions, much like a family reunion. We are all spread out throughout the world and yet genuinely care about each other, much like a family. When some of us are in need (like a hurricane for example) we all come together to help out and do what we can, much like a family.
Now its time to reflect back and give thanks for all that we are grateful for. So I will start and say Thank you to everybody who has the courage to pick up a bottle or tin for the first time and toss it in the air. Each time this happens our family grows bigger. As long as we keep supporting each other and keep treating each other with respect, we will have a large loving family. Happy Thanksgiving!
One of our biggest family reunions this year was down in Florida at Quest. You can check out “Uncle Iceman’s” cooking and more on our ‘Comp Reviews’ page.
Last month we brought you “Top or bottom” by Jenn Durant and Danielle Santacroce. Well this month Chris Cardone fires back with his rebuttal “Top or bottom, part due”. North or South, you decide. Check it out on our ‘Articles’ page. No alcohol was abused during the research.
After you read about drinks why not start to make some. If you are going to make em, make em with Flair. One of the Rio’s hottest Flair bartenders Justin Keane shows us a nice two tin and bottle pour on our ‘Masterclass’ page.
One of the newest members to our ever growing family is Josh Nemerow. Learn how he went from barback to Flair Bartender all on our ‘Interviews’ page. Now who is going to get me ice?
Back again, the Vice President of the USBG (United States Bartenders Guild) Nevada Chapter, Bobby G., is ‘In The Mix’ as he shares with us more history on Bourbon. Who knew Daniel Boone was famous for something other then that racoon hat, or was that Davey Crocket?
From in the mix to mixing it up. Our new ‘Reader Contest’ is all about Mixology. You might be able to flip a bottle but can you make a great tasting drink? Prove it!
This month we have the second installment of “Bottle For Hire, Part Two” an excellent article all about further marketing your skills as a Flair Bartender. The road to enlightenment starts here in ‘Cut Off’ by Toby Ellis. Well done Toby I am impressed again!
All of this plus our regular features, ‘And Finally’, more ‘Barware’, more pages, and more Flair than you can shake a drum stick at.
To Flair & Friends.
