Utlizing ‘AI’ Artificial Intelligence Software in the Hospitality Industry
Have you ever wanted more time and more help in your...
Isn’t it better to do both ;-). As most of us our celebrating the holidays and making preparations to bring in the new year, we have time to take a break and enjoy our loved ones and share in the joys of the holidays.
Giving presents to show your affection to another is fulfilling in its own way. Along with receiving presents and feeling loved and accepted has its own rewards as well. Giving and receiving this time of year always puts a smile on my face (Insert your own joke here).
Speaking of giving, this month we are giving you something different to end the year. On the cover we have Playboy’s America’s Sexiest Bartender 2007 Stefaney Lewis. Find out more about her, her involvement in Flair bartending competitions and what she thinks makes a sexy bartender… all on our ‘Interviews’ page. Enjoy!
Once you enjoyed all that Stefaney has to offer, head over to our ‘Masterclass’ page, where this month Rob Husted (that’s me) teaches us a quick two tin and bottle Working Flair sequence that we can start using behind our bar right away. Have more fun and make more money behind the bar… I’m in!
Then we have our roving reporter Terrie Leeseberg in Taiwan with the IBA World Finals. Check out her in depth take on the competition and more all on our ‘Comp Reviews’ page. It might be a good idea to fix up a SKYY Vodka and Finest Call cocktail before reading… she covers many aspects of the competition.
From traveling to Taiwan to traveling to Europe! Next we have Colin Griffiths and his take on the long anticipated Bottleslinger 3 DVD “EUROTRIP” all on our ‘Reviews’ page. Chuck Mac is back with a camera, passport and plenty of booze… I mean boobs… oh well they both are nice.
Then we a nice holiday picture that is actually my Christmas tree this year. Got to love the sponsors SKYY Vodka and Finest Call, they are more then just great products… they are family. Check it out on our ‘And Finally’ page. Do you have an interesting picture of your Christmas tree? If so, I want to see it. Send your pics to “rob@flairbar.com“. Who knows, it might show up in a future issue of Flairbar.com?
From one find to the next, we have Laurent Greco from Bar Academy Paris and he shares with us some “Martini Maddness” this month on our ‘Flavors’ page. He is always so creative and imaginative.
For all of you other mixologists out there… Don’t forget to look back over the last year of our content collector called ‘Cocktails’. This is where you can share your own SKYY Vodka and Finest Call cocktail recipes with the rest of the world and get credit for it. Have a great drink you invented? Want to share it with the rest of the world? Think it is worthy? Prove it!
Then from Mixology Bars to Flair bars. This month we continue our Flairbar.com article with “What makes a Flairbar work Part 3?”. We wrap up our ongoing must read for anyone thinking of working in a Flair bar or opening their own Flair bar one day. We have had great feedback so far and look forward to more. Check it out on our ‘Articles’ page. What are your thoughts?
Kevin Bednarz is back again with our newest addition, “Flairmation” which we revisit “Last Call Larry” and how he brings in the new year. All on our “Flairmation” page. Larry is so deep.
We are pleased to announce that the “Glossary” is back! It took some work but we blew off the dust and changed the batteries and it is up and running at full power. Be sure to keep an eye on it as we will continue to keep adding to this on going database of Flair bartending knowledge.
Our ‘Reader Contest’ based all on Mixology for all of our loyal Flairbar.com readers is closed and the results will be posted in the next issue. Right now we are enjoying the cocktails over the holidays. Feel free to make them yourselves and let us know which ones you like the best. Plus our regular features, more ‘Barware’, more pages, and more Flair than you can shake a stocking full of Flair competition DVD’s at.
