LOST IN TRANSLATION

1 ½ oz Wokka Saki Vodka
1 oz Ty-Ku Sake-based liqueur
¾ oz Fresh squeezed Mandarin juice
1/2 oz Yuzu juice (Japanese citrus  fruit)
Splash of Ginger Lemongrass Cordial (by Bottlegreen)
Method: Shake all ingredients with ice. Serve straight up in a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish: Mandarin wheel and lemongrass spear.

2 oz Ten by Tanqueray
3 Strawberries cut in halves
1 oz English Summer Syrup (by Bottlegreen)
Juice of ½ Lime
4 Basil Leaves
Method: Place the strawberries with basil and syrup in a mixing glass. Muddle briskly, add lime juice and gin, and ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish: Strawberry and basil on the rim.

2 oz Skyy Melon
½ oz Cointreau
¼ of  Soho Lychee Liqueur
½ oz Amoretti Pomegranate Syrup
Ruby Grapefruit Wedge (1” thick)
Method: Squeeze and drop the grapefruit wedge in a mixing glass, muddle briskly, add the liquors and ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish: Lychee fruit and lemon twist on the rim.
