Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk Agreement

By attending the Flair Yard Day Pool Party at the Downtown Grand Hotel & Casino, hosted by BarWars LLC, the United States Bartenders’ Guild, BartendBetterNow.com, and their respective affiliates, sponsors, agents, employees, and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1.Assumption of Risk – You understand that participation in this event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, property damage, or other unforeseen incidents. You voluntarily assume all risks related to attendance and participation.

2.Release of Liability – To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release, waive, and discharge the Released Parties from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action, whether known or unknown, arising from or related to your participation in the event.

3.Indemnification – You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, costs, or damages resulting from your actions or participation in the event.

4.Medical Treatment & Emergency Situations – You authorize event organizers to seek medical treatment on your behalf if necessary and acknowledge that you are responsible for any medical costs incurred.

5.Photography & Media Release – By attending, you consent to the use of your likeness in promotional materials, social media, and other media by the event organizers without compensation.

By entering the event premises, you affirm that you have read, understood, and voluntarily accept the terms of this Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk Agreement.
