It all starts off with our “USBG Ed Month Welcome Party” with various USBG chapter and members behind the bar and shaking cocktails in the spirit of working together.

Followed by cocktail author, TCM practitioner, and veteran hospitality professional Jules Aron for a fast-acting, 15-minute meridian tapping workshop. Designed specifically for busy beverage professionals, this session teaches a simple Traditional Chinese Medicine routine to stimulate the lymphatic system and clear stagnant energy. By targeting key meridian points through gentle tapping, you’ll learn practical tools to instantly reduce tension and recharge during USBG Education Week.
