Welcome to the New and Improved Flairbar.com!

One month down and many more to follow. The responses have been incredible to the new format of Flairbar.com. It is the input from our readers (you!) that make our site the best out there.

Rick and I are very proud of our site and we have been hard at work bringing you the latest in all aspects of the Flair Bartending Industry. Many thanks again goes out to the FBA (Flair Bartenders’ Association, Inc.) and Jim Allison.

The big news this month: the first wave of the Legends invites went out, “Battle of the Bartenders Orlando” is going on every Wednesday night with the Finals held on February 25th, The Showtenders tour is under way and KahunaGrill is holding open auditions for their new Flair Bartending Teams this month.

On a Sad Note–

The body of Indonesian Flair Bartender Mike Lee, at the age of 23, was found dead on New Year’s Day. The skilled Bartender, who moved to Australia nearly four years ago, and was known simply as “Mikey.” Last November, Mr. Lee won the Marie Brizard Flair Bartending Challenge in Sydney.

Our hearts and our prayers go out to this passionate Flair Bartender taken from us.

Mikey wanted to see this sport taken to the next level, and with practice, determination and cooperation we will do him proud.
