GRAN SIERPE PUNCH

1 1/2oz Gran Sierpe Pisco
1oz Pineapple juice
1oz Lime juice
1/2oz Simple Syrup
Method: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. add all of the ingredients, and shake well (10 sec). Strain into an ice-filled tall glass.
Garnish: A pineapple wedge.

 

2GRAN MELON CRUSH

1 1/2oz Gran Sierpe Pisco
3/4oz Lemon juice
1/2oz Simple Syrup
3 Watermelon chunks
Method: Muddle the watermelon chunks, add rest of ingredients into a shaker, add ice, shake vigorously, strain and sieve into a martini glass.
Garnish: A rosemary sprig through a watermelon ball.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

3SIERPE PISCO COOLER

1oz Gran Sierpe Pisco
3 Pieces of Cucumber
3/4oz Yuzu
3/4oz Simple Syrup
Method: Muddle cucumbers, add rest of ingredients, shake and strain into a highball glass.
Garnish: Cucumber slice.
