BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE

1 1/4oz Skyy Vanilla Vodka
3/4oz Chambord
1/4oz Finest Call Bar Syrup
6 Fresh blueberries
Half & Half
Method: Combine 1 1/4oz Skyy Vanilla, 3/4oz Chambord, 1/4oz Finest Call Bar Syrup and 6 fresh blueberries into an empty tin. Muddle and add half & half and ice. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish: Fresh blueberries.

CAIPIRINHA

2oz Cachaca
1oz Finest Call Bar Syrup
1 Lime cut into wedges
Crushed ice
Method: Cut the lime into wedges and place in glass. Add 1oz Finest Call Bar Syrup (more if you like it sweeter) and muddle just enough to release the juice. Add 2oz Cachaca and stir to mix. Add crushed ice and stir again.
Garnish: Lime wedge.

STRAWBERRY ORANGE PASSION MOJITO

1 1/4 oz Malibu Passion Fruit
3/4oz Mojito Bar Syrup
2 Fresh strawberries
2 Fresh orange wedges
Club Soda
Method: First make Mojito Bar syrup by adding mint and the juice of 16 fresh squeezed lime wedges to your Finest Call Bar Syrup.  Next combine 1 1/4oz Malibu Passion, 1/4oz Mojito Bar Syrup, 2 fresh strawberries and 2 fresh orange wedges into an empty tin. Muddle and add  ice. Shake pour and contents into a tall beverage glass. Top with club soda.
Garnish: Fresh strawberry on rim.
