Utlizing ‘AI’ Artificial Intelligence Software in the Hospitality Industry

Summer is here… along with a new season comes new cocktails, moves, competitors and opportunities to capitalize on.
With a bit fewer major Flair competitions out there, it makes it a lot easier to stand out for your efforts. On paper, it is a lot easier to win the FBA Pro Tour and FBA Advanced Tour this year then ever before. Imagine being compared to the likes of Rodrigo Delpech, Christian Delpech and Danilo Oribe… that’s some pretty good company to be in my friend. I wonder if you get a secret handshake or members only jacket? Lol
Everyone remembers who came in first place and always find it harder to remember who came in second… (For the record they were Levi Donaldson, Danilo Oribe twice and Dario Doimo twice…) with David Reynolds sitting right behind Eric Parker by a mere 70 points in the FBA 2011 Pro Tour… who will be the easier name they remember 5 years from now?
Perhaps Joseph Dormani will be on top for his first big win or Danilo Oribe could be the second person ever to win the FBA Pro Tour more then once… Either way, I expect it to be a good clean and entertaining fight by everyone.
Something to help you with your arsenal of Flair tricks… we have the 2nd place overall winner of the FBA 2008 Advanced Tour Ryan Clark. Watch as he shows us a cool ice scoop and bottle sequence for you to learn all on our ‘Masterclass’ page. I love it when bartenders showcase Flair with everything behind there bar.
Next we move on to a long time friend and competitor in the Flair world… Graham Kimura. Graham was a familiar face at all of the major Flair events from competing, fashion designer to now sponsor… find out how he got into Flair, how he got his cool new job and more all on our ‘Interviews’ page. I should have asked him his secret behind his cool hair? Lol
From Flair to Mixology… next we head over to our ‘Flavors’ page where Graham Kinura shares with us some “Eco Friendly Cocktails!” to try behind your bar. The 360 Ecolade sounds perfect right now for this summer heat.
Moving on to something that has been going on forever behind the bar but seldom ever talked about… Check out “A long Hard Look at Sexual Harassment Behind the Bar” all on our ‘Articles’ page by Lauren McNamara. A serious and informative piece whether your just starting out bartending or a seasoned professional.
On to something a little more positive… our brand new ‘Cut Off’ page formally written by Tobin Ellis of Barmagic.com. Tobin always had an edgy and informative style to his writing… we thought long and hard who could fill those shoes… and the result is… YOU! That’s right, we are turning over our popular ‘Cut Off’ page to you our loyal readers to give you a chance to sound off, share, inspire and motivate each other to greatness. So check out “Drinkdub” under our ‘Cut Off’ page and keep the conversation going…
“Drinkdub” is just one of the FREE new features and surprises coming down the Flairbar.com pipeline. Another one is our “$1,000.00 Online Video Mixology Contest” which you can enter through “Drinkdub” sponsored by Absolut Vodka and Finest Call Premium Mixes. BIG THANKS to our sponsors for their continued support and giving us the tools and funding to give you our loyal readers, great content and fun new features.
For all of you other mixologists out there… Don’t forget to contribute to our content collector called ‘Cocktails’. This is where you can share your own Absolut Vodka and Finest Call cocktail recipes with the rest of the world and get credit for it. Have a great drink you invented? Want to share it with the rest of the world? Think it is worthy? Prove it!
Next check up on one of our most animated characters here at Flairbar.com “Flairing Freddy” on our ‘Flairmation’ page. See Freddy and his adventures at Tales of the Cocktail. Enjoy!
Check out the ‘Glossary’ page if your new to Flair and Mixology and your still learning the lingo. Be sure to keep an eye on it as we will continue to keep adding to this on going database of bartending knowledge.
Next we have the results as well as a new ‘Reader Contest’ for our loyal Flairbar.com readers. Plus our regular features, more ‘Barware’, more pages, and more Flair than you can shake an Eco Friendly can crusher at.
So take some time out and enjoy a cocktail with Absolut Vodka and Finest Call, or a Bud Light Lime as you flip a Flairco bottle into a BarProducts tin and enjoy this months issue of Flairbar.com and say “Thank You” to the sponsors who keep our sport alive.
